5/26 at 1:10 a.m. Deanne M. Mead, 33, of Clearview Drive, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/26 at 3:30 p.m. Patrice G. Allen, 20, of Portsmouth, N.H., was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant.

5/27 at 12:06 p.m. Troy N. Tanguay, 38, of Ledgewood Drive, Saco, was arrested on Lincoln Avenue by Officer Mary Pearson on a warrant.

5/28 at 12:13 a.m. Kevin J. Braley, 41, of Brown Road, Exeter, was arrested on Highland Avenue by Officer Douglas Weed on charges of theft of services and violating conditions of release.

5/28 at 8:42 p.m. Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Melissa Savage, one on a charge of operating without a license and the other on a warrant.

5/29 at 10:58 a.m. Geoffrey T. Hopwood, 32, of Old High Road, Cornish, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

5/29 at 7:31 p.m. William J. Kimball Jr., 29, of State Street, Portland, was arrested on County Road by Officer Steven Thibodeau on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/04 at 8:31 p.m. Patrick Sean Pearson, 18, of Vanessa Drive, Windham, was arrested on Winnocks Neck Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a warrant.

5/25 at 5:02 p.m. Travis T. Mullen, 32, of Nottingham Drive, Sanford, was issued a summons on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Melissa Savage on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, two counts of kidnapping to aid in escape after a crime and criminal threatening.

5/26 at 2:30 p.m. Ali M. Jama, 26, of Grant Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Science Park Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating without a license.

5/27 at 10:05 p.m. Stephen M. Oliver, 34, of Susan Avenue, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Thomas Chard on a charge of displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection certificate.

5/27 at 2:32 p.m. Arthur W. Campbell, 34, of Brookwood Drive, Gorham, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

5/31 at 12:27 p.m. Mercedes Morton, 18, of Main Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Black Point Road by Officer Peter Nappi on a charge of possession of marijuana.

6/1 at 1:12 p.m. Matthew R. Brown, 39, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Thibodeau on a charge of operating when suspended or revoked.

6/1 at 3:33 p.m. Christopher P. Smith, 27, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of terrorizing.

6/1 at 10:37 p.m. Donald E. Murphy, 22, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of failure to give accident information to the owner of damaged property.

6/2 at 2:20 p.m. Shauna Lee Robblee, 28, of Union Hill Road, Stow, was issued a summons on County Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating without a license.

6/4 at 5:46 p.m. Paul Voisine, 48, of Jaspar Street, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/5 at 7:48 p.m. Adam T. Munson, 21, of Broadturn Road, was issued a summons on Broadturn Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of terrorizing.

Calls, not shots

5/25 at 8:17 p.m. A resident reported a person driving a green Dodge Plymouth and pointing a gun out the window. The caller gave a partial license plate number, but police were unable to find the vehicle. At 6:41 p.m. the following evening, officers say they found a green Plymouth, the license plate of which matched the partial description. Upon speaking with the owner, officers say they learned he was simply holding his cell phone while he drove.

Climbing the academic ladder

5/26 at 9:26 p.m. Police received a call from a custodian at the high school who reported hearing people on the roof. The custodian reportedly found doors propped open but was unable to find anyone on the roof. Upon reviewing video surveillance, the school resource officer reportedly found three people — apparently high school students — on the roof, but was unable to determine what they were doing.

Race war

6/4 at 10:55 p.m. A vehicle was reportedly keyed in the parking lot of Beech Ridge Motor Speedway during a race. Officers say the vehicle was keyed on both sides, and described the vandalism as “quite a bit of damage.” Officers believe the vandalism may have been a result of race-team rivalry.
