5/27 at 8:47 p.m. Danielle R. Labonte, 31, of Briarwood Drive, Biddeford, was arrested at Ottawa Woods and Beech Ridge Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on charge of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

5/28 at 7:43 a.m. Trung N. Can, 38, of Bridgton Road, Westbrook, was arrested at Gorham and Sawyer roads by Officer Cody Lounder on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/31 at 3:46 a.m. Marcus T. Buzzell, 20, of West Fryeburg Road, Fryeburg, was arrested on King Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5/31 at 3:46 a.m. Erin E. Fahey, 18, of Main Street, Lovell, was arrested on King Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of violating conditions of release and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/31 at 4:39 p.m. Christopher L. Lane, 20, of Hillcrest Drive, Kennebunk, was arrested on Crossing Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of violating a protective order.

6/1 at 12:45 a.m. Patrick G. Mullen, 43, of Cliff Street, was arrested on Cliff Street by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

6/1 at 6:46 p.m. Steven Letarte, 19, of Maple Drive, Gorham, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/29 at 3 p.m. Mark D. Burnell, 52, of Cherry Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

6/2 at 1:57 p.m. Mary T. Reno, 51, of Quarterdeck Lane, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of failing to register a vehicle.

Why we’re here

5/27 at 1:11 p.m. Two bicyclists and the driver of a pickup truck were involved in a dispute. The bicyclists claimed they were nearly driven off the road. The driver told police they were riding side by side instead of in single file. “Foul language and hand gestures” were allegedly used during the argument. Police advised the driver to call them next time he had an issue with bicyclists.
