5/22 at 10:17 p.m. Thomas Kespert, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested at the Rock and Roll Diner by Officer Douglas Weed on a warrant for another agency.

5/23 at 1:36 a.m. Daniel Pellish, 44, of Lyman, was arrested on the Exit 42 off-ramp by Sergeant Thomas Chard on a charge of operating under the influence.
