6/13 at 12:48 a.m. Michael Paul Landry, 30, of Saco, was arrested on Border Road by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, operating under the influence, violating conditions of bail release and on a warrant.

6/17 at 12:20 a.m. Marcy Soule, 45, of Crystal Lane, was arrested on Matthew Way by Officer Robert Moore on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

6/17 at 2:13 p.m. Krista L. Fowler, 28, of Locust Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Melissa Savage on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by receiving stolen property.

6/17 at 7:51 p.m. Megan G. Simpson, 33, of A Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

6/18 at 12:45 a.m. Jesse G. Westerman, 29, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on three warrants.

6/18 at 2:16 a.m. Jeremy D. Patten, 21, of Libby Avenue, Gorham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/18 at 5:39 p.m. Michael John Campbell, 53, of Hill Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Green Acre Lane by Officer Ian Theriault on a warrant.

6/16 at 1:22 a.m. Rahman K. Williams, 29, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of possession of marijuana.

6/16 at 2:27 p.m. Bette J. Reilly, 32, of Stevens Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on the I-295 Spur by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, three counts of possession of a schedule Z drug and possession of marijuana.

6/16 at 3:30 p.m. Sophia M. Johnson, 18, of South Branch Drive, Gorham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of operating without a license.

6/17 at 9:56 p.m. Larry L. van Horne, 57, of Seaview Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/19 at 10:19 p.m. Andrew S. Rupard, 24, of Regan Lane, Portland, was issued a summons on Black Point Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

Case cracked

6/17 at 12:20 A resident of Crystal Lane called police to report a burglary. When officers arrived, they reportedly learned the woman, Marcy Soule, 45, had been partying at another house near her home, and suspected other partygoers had broken into her house to steal her TV. Officers reportedly obtained Soule’s consent to search the apartment, and allegedly found one gram of crack cocaine, several pipes and a bong, which police alleged contained marijuana residue. Soule was taken to Cumberland County Jail and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on $160 bail the same day, and has a court date of July 27.
