6/27 at 11:24 p.m. Jennifer A. Chase, 38, of Herbert Drive, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a warrant.

6/29 at 9 p.m. Paul J. L’Heureux, 40, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Ian Theriault on a warrant.

6/30 at 1:56 a.m. David J. Amato, 41, of Fairway Drive, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a warrant.

6/30 at 1:56 a.m. Frederick L. Farrell, 32, of Hill Street, South Portland, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant.

7/1 at 12:32 a.m. Michael Fram, 24, of Cushman Pond Road, Lovell, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of violating conditions of release, operating when a license was suspended or revoked, and on two warrants.

7/1 at 5:21 a.m. Brandon S. Perry, 18, of Jasper Street, was arrested on Oceanview Road by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of burglary of a motor vehicle and consumption of liquor by a minor.

7/1 at 7:27 p.m. David R. Bennett, 48, of Shore Road, Raymond, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of operating without a license and unlawful possession of hydrocodone.

7/2 at 2:49 a.m. Paul Gerard Fazzi, 19, of Ossipee Trail, Standish, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of failure to provide correct name, address and/or date of birth, violating conditions of release, consumption of liquor by a minor and on a warrant.

7/2 at 10:28 p.m. Jeremy R. Moulton, 28, of Allen Street, Springvale, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Robert Moore on a warrant.

7/3 at 5:11 p.m. Casey J. Tucker, 20, of Holmes Road, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Robert Moore on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating under the influence and operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

6/28 at 5:29 a.m. Raymond E. York Jr., 39, of Main Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Green Acre Lane by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

7/1 at 1:47 a.m. Sarah M. Kane, 30, of Portland Road, Saco, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating while a license was suspended/revoked.

7/1 at 1:16 p.m. Afshin Mahmoodi, 39, of Auburn Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

7/2 at 3:28 p.m. Jacob Kitteredge, of Barre, Vt., was issued a summons on Driftwood Lane by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of transportation of liquor by a minor.

7/2 at 5:17 p.m. Donald C. Smith II, of Wildrose Lane, was issued a summons on Spring Street by Officer Steven Thibodeau on charges of operating a vehicle without a license, failure to display current or valid inspection certificate and failure to register vehicle.

Can’t blame the dog

7/1 at 5:21 a.m. Police responded to a burglary report on Oceanview Road, where the resident said her two vehicles were both rummaged through by an unknown person. She reportedly told officers she had come out to confront the alleged burglar, who allegedly asked her about a dog and promptly ran toward Pine Point Road. Later, police received a call from a Jasper Street resident who reported seeing a man emerge from the woods and attempt entry to one home before heading into another. Officers responded to the residence and reportedly identified him as Brandon S. Perry, 18, of Jasper Street, who officers said reeked of booze. The first caller reportedly identified Perry as the man she had seen earlier, and he was arrested for burglary of a motor vehicle and consumption of liquor by a minor.

Birthday in a bottle

7/1 at 7:27 p.m. An officer parked on Route 1 reportedly saw a car speed by, leading to a routine traffic stop. When he approached the driver, he allegedly saw an open bottle of Coor’s Light and two and a half white pills on the dashboard. The driver, David A. Bennett of Raymond — who was turning 48 years old that day — had a zero-tolerance for alcohol restriction on his license. Bennett was arrested for operating without a license and unlawful possession of hydrocodone.
