7/22 at 2:22 a.m. Kaelah Sandborn, 29, of Elm Street, Biddeford, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/22 at 10:18 p.m. Paul W. R. Tanguay, 25, of Sand Pond Road, Limington, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Pine Point Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

7/23 at 1:11 a.m. Benjamin R. Martin, 22, of Portland, was arrested at Payne Road and Cabela Boulevard by Officer Joshua Guay on a charge of operating under the influence. 

7/23 at 10:08 p.m. Renz M. Abasta, 20, of Ray Street, Portland, was arrested at Pine Point Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating without a license. 

7/24 at 11:23 a.m. Steven M. Glutting-Flowers, 28, of Northeast 38th Street, Vancouver, Washington, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Francis Plourd on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and possession of hypodermic apparatuses. 

7/26 at 1:27 a.m. Elizabeth C. Flaherty, 28, of Berwick Street, South Portland, was arrested on Haystack Circle by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

7/26 at 2:57 a.m. Cristian A. Pierson, 34, of Main Street, Ellsworth, was arrested at Payne and Old Payne roads by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence. 

7/26 at 2:46 p.m. Patrick J. Dyer, 34, of Davis Farm Road, Raymond, was arrested on County Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/21 at 1:30 p.m. Kenneth D. Booker, 39, of Goodwins Mills Road, Lyman, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Milliken Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more and endangering the welfare of a child. 

7/21 at 4:14 p.m. John C. Balmer, 25, of Myrtle Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.
