7/17 at 5:14 a.m. Devontay Coleman, 22, of Rockaway Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on Payne road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of theft by unauthorized use of property. 

7/18 at 1:46 p.m. Adrian Candelaria, 22, of Sherman Street, Portland, was arrested in Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of motor vehicle theft and violating conditions of release. 

7/18 at 1:46 p.m. Ibekendu E. O. Mokeme, 19, of Brown Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of motor vehicle theft, aggravated forgery and violating conditions of release. 

7/18 at 1:46 p.m. Jeffrey D. Silvia, 23, of Brook Road, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of motor vehicle theft, theft by receiving stolen property, violating conditions of release and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs. 

7/19 at 7:54 p.m. Sue-Ellen R. Howard, 43, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Sarah Fasulo on charges of assault and disorderly conduct. 

7/21 at 6:29 a.m. Rodrigo R. Faria, 41, of Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/21 at 10:16 a.m. Crystal M. Townsend, 38, of Milliken Mills Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Breagh Gomez on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

7/21 at 7:53 p.m. Gordon Tulloch, 52, of Duluth, Georgia, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Sarah Fasulo on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and a charge of operating under the influence.
