7/15 at 12:53 p.m. Nicole S. Horton, 23, of Higgins Lane, South Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.

7/17 at 9:19 a.m. Jacqueline T. Adams, 18, of Maple Avenue, was arrested on Maple Avenue by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

7/18 at 1:08 a.m. Bridget E. Mulligan, 19, of Elm Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Payne Road by Sgt. Timothy Barker on charges of possession of marijuana, sale or use of drug paraphernalia and transportation of liquor by a minor.

7/19 at 12:25 p.m. Jessica L. Gaddas, 38, of Tramway Lane, Westbrook, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release and criminal trespass.

7/19 at 9:55 p.m. Wendy L. Collins, 43, of Kellys Way, Limington, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/19 at 11:08 p.m. Aaron B. English, 40, of Pearl Street, was arrested on Pearl Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of violating conditions of release and endangering the welfare of a child.

7/20 at 10:57 a.m. Robert C. Elwell, 55, no address listed, of Bar Mills, was arrested on Saco Street by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of assault.

Hanging heist

7/21 at 5 p.m. The Scarborough Police Department reported hanging plants were stolen from a grave site at the Scarborough Memorial Cemetery on Old Blue Point Road. The department’s Facebook friends were asked for any information on the suspicious activity.
