7/13 at 8:10 a.m. Dominique A. Mitchell, 27, of Tampa Street, Lewiston, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession of marijuana. 

7/13 at 11:11 a.m. Loretta M. Hanscome, 50, of Steep Falls, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

7/13 at 4:26 p.m. Kevin M. Munson, 33, of Veranda Street, Portland, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating under the influence and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

7/14 at 10:40 p.m. Sunil K. Chukka, 39, of Summit Pointe, Scranton, Pennsylvania, was arrested at Interstate 295 and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating under the influence. 

7/17 at 1:39 a.m. Dean F. Goodwin, 36, of U.S. Route 1, Scarborough, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/17 at 6:55 p.m. Scott W. Cummings, 29, of Acorn Lane, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Brian McNeice on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

7/15 at 6 a.m. Frederick C. Ponko, 59, of Brownfield, was issued a summons at Gorham Road and Sweetbrier Lane by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more. 

7/15 at 11:50 p.m. Stephen S. Gonyer, 47, of Park Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at Route 1 and Haigis Parkway by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph.

7/16 at 1:48 a.m. Michael C. Newton, 23, of Central Avenue, Sanford, was issued a summons at County and Gorham roads by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more. 

7/17 at 10:12 a.m. Cindy R. Kirlin, 32, of Woodford Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

7/17 at 11:42 a.m. Heidi L. Waltz, 35, of Therrien Avenue, Saco, was issued a summons on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident.
