7/4 at 6:47 a.m. Benjamin J. Rupert, 18, of Old Neck Road, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Old Blue Point Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of failing to stop for officer. 

7/4 at 11:19 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Augusta, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/5 at 9:38 a.m. Crystal L. Taylor, 29, of Tandberg Trail, Windham, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal trespass. 

7/5 at 6:23 p.m. Rene L. Mendez, 23, of Smith Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Josh Guay on charges of operating without a license and leaving the scene of an accident. 

7/5 at 9:04 p.m. Joseph L. Bernatche, 58, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Josh Guay on a charge of indecent conduct. 

7/6 at 3:38 p.m. Brandon P. Carpenter, 30, of Penobscot Street, Rumford, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Hillcrest Avenue by Sgt. Timothy Barker on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/6 at 11:49 p.m. Christopher A. Cato, 27, of Roxbury, Massachusetts, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating without a license. 

7/8 at 5:51 p.m. Danielle E. Hoglund, 20, of Beech Ridge Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

7/10 at 1:33 a.m. Sherry L. Kendrix, 36, of Taylor Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Thomas Chard on outstanding warrants from another agency. 

7/10 at 11:43 a.m. Zamzam F. Isack, 24, of Front Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

7/10 at 5:38 p.m. Abigail A. Reed, 26, of Plains Road, Hollis, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of operating under the influence.
