7/3 at 12:41 p.m. Matthew Cooper, 21, of Saco Street, Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

7/3 at 12:41 p.m. Michael Airington, 20, of Harvard Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

7/3 at 1:43 p.m. Christopher Pinto, 22, of Ives Hill Court, Cheshire, Conn., was arrested by Officer Garrett Strout and charged with theft by unauthorized taking/transfer and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.
