12/25 at 9:36 p.m. Brett T. Constantine, 31, of Gallant Drive, Saco, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Cory Lounder on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

12/26 at 11:40 p.m. Christian P. Martens, 47, of Raven Terrace, was arrested on the I-295 Spur by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

12/27 at 1:05 a.m. Frankie A. Darling Jr., 39, of Prospect Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Milliken Mills and Old Blue Point roads on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

12/28 at 7:13 a.m. Kayla E. Emerson, 21, of Captain’s Way, Buxton, was arrested at Sawyer Road and Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/30 at 2:13 p.m. Stanley G. Crandall, 51, of Dunstan Landing Road, was arrested on Dunstan Avenue by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

12/24 at 6:40 p.m. Sunday Alok, 18, of Kennedy Park, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
