1/18 at 6:21 p.m. Louis J. Lucas, Jr., 30, of Summit Street, Baileyville, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release and an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

1/19 at 10:43 a.m. Sean M. Newton, 27, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

1/20 at 10:51 p.m. Joseph H. Gallant III, 47, of Seavey Landing Road, was arrested on Seavey Landing Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

1/24 at 4:35 p.m. Nathan D. Brown, 23, of Mayfair Way, North Waterboro, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of domestic violence assault.
