1/17 at 1:32 p.m. Kayla R. Thibodeau, 24, of Portland, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Brian McNeice on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

1/17 at 1:32 p.m. Scott D. Nason, 35, of East Baldwin, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of failing to obtain drivers license.
