1/2 at 3:13 p.m. Andrew D. Flanders, 44, of West Pownal Road, North Yarmouth, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Ben Landry on charges of unlawful possession on fentanyl powder and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

1/2 at 3:02 p.m. Tyler J. Smith, 26, of Woodfield Drive, was arrested on Woodfield Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property. 

1/3 at 7:52 p.m. Miguel Angel Falcon, 48, of Mussey Road, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Jacob Murphy on charges of domestic violence assault, fugitive from justice for a crime committed in another state and obstructing report of a crime. 

1/4 at 11:36 a.m. Jeremy A. Roberts, 31, of Groveville Road, Buxton, was arrested on Route 1 and Queens Drive by Officer Breagh Macaulay on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

1/5 at 12:47 p.m. Carissa Sellin Wright, 23, no address listed, of Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and refusing to submit to arrest/detention. 

1/5 at 1:53 p.m. Michaela R. Couture, 29, of Third Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, trafficking in prison contraband, and two charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. 

1/5 at 1:53 p.m. Morgan James Jacob Palmer, 27, of Third Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of probation or parole. 

1/5 at 4:28 p.m. Megan O’Neil Bowser, 31, of Sawyer Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Sarah Fasulo on charges of operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
