1/26 at 1:30 a.m. Aleksei N. Legendre, 19, of Michelle Way, Saco, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with failing to provide correct name, address and/or date of birth, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration.

1/26 at 1:30 a.m. Jesse Lee Richar Riggleman, 23, of Bernard Road, Bernard, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with violating bail condition of release and operating under the influence.

1/26 at 9:53 a.m. Steven K. McLaughlin, 47, of Ludlow Street, Charlestown, Mass., was arrested by Detective Ivan Ramsdell Jr. and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

1/29 at 9:44 a.m. Michelle Jean McDonough, 35, of Prospect Street, Biddeford, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with operating when license is suspended/revoked, violating bail condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

1/30 at 12:13 a.m. Richard R. Martin Jr., 29, of North Street, Saco, was arrested by Officer Douglas Weed on a warrant and was also charged with burglary, five counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, violating bail condition of release and criminal mischief.

1/30 at 3:13 p.m. Ryan S. Frank, 27, of Robyn Avenue, Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Timothy Dalton and charged with operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana.
