2/19 at 10:06 a.m. Kourtney L. Francoeur, 20, of Bonin Road, Monmouth, was arrested on Roundwood Road by Officer Michael Beeler on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/21 at 10:25 p.m. Jeffrey E. Ray, 44, of Salt Marsh Circle, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Haigis Parkway by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.
