2/17 at 8:43 p.m. Carrie A. Richards, 47, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding local warrant. 

2/18 at 2:12 p.m. Michael T. Brooks, 43, of Maple Street, Sanford, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Queens Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

2/20 at 11:03 p.m. Kenneth H. Hall, 61, of Preble Street, South Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence. 

2/21 at 12:59 a.m. Emily Palmer Divney, 42, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Austin Clark on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.
