2/14 at 6:05 p.m. Robert J. Silvia, 47, no address listed, of Westbrook, was arrested at Gorham Road and Cumberland Way by Officer Melissa DiClemente on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/15 at 7:31 p.m. Karen M. Montgomery, 59, of David Drive, was arrested on County Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

2/15 at 7:31 p.m. Marcy M. Soule, 47, of Matthew Way, was arrested on County Road by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/15 at 7:31 p.m. Andy A. Nickerson, 50, no address listed, of Portland, was arrested on County Road by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/16 at 2:32 p.m. Kenny J. Bunker, 44, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. Thomas Chard on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license, and violating probation or parole conditions.

2/13 at 4:54 p.m. Deborah P. Philbrick, 48, of Burnham Woods Circle, was issued a summons on Pine Point Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with an expired license.

2/17 at 5:37 p.m. Stacey Rowe, 29, of Union Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at Payne Road and Bridges Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of failing to stop for a signal.

That’s cold

2/11 at 11:02 a.m. A Militia Lane resident reported the theft of a snowblower that had been left outside his garage for about 90 minutes after it ran out of gas.

Post no bills

2/12 at 12:06 p.m. A report of suspicious persons at Highland Avenue and Pleasant Hill Road turned up employees of a painting company climbing a ladder to post advertising on utility poles without permission. They were told to stop.

2/13 at 2:17 p.m. No summonses were issued, but parents were notified after police discovered three juveniles smoking marijuana behind the Fairpoint Communications building on Route 1.

Free breakfast, too

2/14 at 9:33 p.m. A guest at Comfort Suites on Route 1 reported credit card theft after giving his card number to a caller who claimed to be the hotel clerk needing the information because the hotel computer had crashed. The guest was offered a 45 percent discount on the room rate for his assistance.
