2/12 at 9:17 a.m. Joseph Sirois, 29, of River Road, Sidney, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Breagh Macaulay on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

2/14 at 6:42 a.m. Donald Scott Flint, 56, of Elm Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Payne and Ginn roads by Officer Aaron Erickson on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating bail condition of release. 

2/14 at 10:58 p.m. Stephen Douglas Green, 55, of Narragansett Street, Gorham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Aaron Erickson on charges of permitting unlawful use and two charges of violating bail condition of release.

2/17 at 4 p.m. Peggy L. Townsend, 34, of Mary Jane Road, Buxton, was arrested on Holmes and Beech Ridge roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/11 at 4:22 p.m. David L. Ritchie, 41, of Elm Street, Saco, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

2/12 at 1:34 p.m. Renee A. Barthelman, 56, of Whispering Pines Drive, South Portland, was issued a summons on Highland Avenue and Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of violating bail condition of release. 

2/12 at 4:47 p.m. Stephen Matthew Tracy, 19, of Payne Road, was issued a summons on Spurwink Road by Sgt. Mary Pearson on charges of eluding an officer, three charges of violating bail condition of release, operating without a license and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor. 

2/14 at 11:38 a.m. Meggan Lyn Loker, 34, of Middle Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Christopher Gerrossie on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument. 

2/16 at 1:35 p.m. Ella Jean Bahr, 48, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on Piper Drive by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of criminal use of disabling chemicals.
