2/10 at 10:52 p.m. Kyle J. Snow, 34, of Angers Road, Windham, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer John Gill on charges of possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

2/14 at 7:14 p.m. Gedeon B. Semuhoza, 23, of Pearl Street, Portland, was arrested at Black Point Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of operating under the influence, operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to stop for an officer.

2/14 at 11:26 p.m. Kim A. Chapman, 44, of Banks Road, Parsonsfield, was arrested at Payne and Scottow Hill roads by Officer John Gill on charges of operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest and possession of marijuana.

2/15 at 5:41 p.m. Leon K. Warren, 35, of Pool Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

2/12 at 10:10 p.m. Joseph E. Slezak, 26, of Cottage Road, Windham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating without a license.

2/16 at 6:01 p.m. Judith M. Ellison, 52, of Dunstan Avenue, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Driven to distraction
