1/26 at 6:46 p.m. Jason Z. Boislard, 37, of Ray Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

1/27 at 12:49 a.m. Kevin Clyde Behre, 54, of The Villages, Fla., was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

1/28 at 11:29 a.m. Bertha M. McCarthy, 28, of Buxton Road, Saco, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a warrant.

1/29 at 12:22 a.m. Roy Richard Buitrago, 47, of Skillings Street, South Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/30 at 3:35 a.m. Jason C. Vogel, 20, of Foxcroft Drive, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. Mary Pearson on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

1/24 at 3:11 p.m. Tatiana K. Boynton, 25, of Sabbath Day Road, New Gloucester, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

1/27 at 5:44 p.m. Kelly Erin Saylor, 42, of Webhannel Drive, Wells, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating a vehicle without a license, failing to obtain a driver’s license, operating with a suspended registration and failing to maintain vehicle insurance.

1/28 at 2:42 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of North Berwick, and a 17-year-old female, of Lebanon, were issued summonses on Payne Road by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

1/29 at 1:49 a.m. Dawn-Marie Wehrle-van Dyne, 44, of Foreside Common Drive, Falmouth, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

1/28 at 2:42 p.m. Police responded to a call from the Marden’s loss prevention officer reporting two female teenagers allegedly caught stealing several items. One girl allegedly tried to walk out with two bottles of Paris Hilton perfume and a number of Wet Seal earrings. The other allegedly stole one bottle of Paris Hilton perfume. Both were issued summonses on charges of theft.

Not Magic enough

1/28 at 5:26 p.m. A Bull Moose employee called police to report a man had attempted to steal six packs of Magic The Gathering playing cards. A Bull Moose employee allegedly saw Ryan Ferguson, 19, of Whitefield, putting the cards in his pocket. When he was asked to walk through the alarm system, he reportedly set off the alarm. He was issued a summons on a charge of theft.
