2/5 at 4:30 p.m. David Perkins, 36, of Burnham Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

2/7 at 5:34 a.m. Nicholas P. Dallaire, 25, of Belmont Street, Malden, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence.
