2/1 at 8:18 p.m. John M. Charpentier, 48, of Commercial Street, Portland, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Green Acre Lane by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

2/2 at 11:14 p.m. Devin J. Soto, 23, of Prospect Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Queens Drive by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation and violating conditions of release. 

2/4 at 10:41 a.m. Corey G. Morgan, 30, of Village Green Drive, Saco, was arrested at Gallery Boulevard and Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

2/4 at 10:41 a.m. Marissa A. Corliss, 22, of Woodford Street, Portland, was arrested at Gallery Boulevard and Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

2/4 at 10:41 a.m. Joshua M. Kaufman, 30, of Forest Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Gallery Boulevard and Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and theft by receiving stolen property. 

2/4 a 4:53 p.m. Daniel P. Trentacoste, 35, of Fort Hill Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Portland Farms Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating without a license and violating conditions of release. 

2/4 at 6:31 p.m. Timothy L. Davis, 30, of Myrtle Lake Court, Orland, Florida, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Thomas Chard on charges of possession of marijuana, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and operating without a license. 

2/5 at 9:29 a.m. Arafat A. Omar, 22, of Spring Street, Auburn, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Hannaford Drive by Officer Thomas Chard on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, operating after habitual offender license revocation and violating conditions of release. 

2/5 at 5:23 p.m. Samantha P. Henningsen, 28, of Partridge Lane, was arrested on Partridge Lane by Officer Michael Thurlow on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
