2/2 at 7:38 p.m. Shawn L. Swaney, 51, of Joss Hill Road, Scarborough, was arrested at his home by Officer Michael J. Sawyer and charged with domestic violence assault and obstructing report of crime.

2/3 at 5:16 p.m. Jason R. Hill, 26, of Jameco Mill Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Timothy Dalton and charged with operating under the influence – refused test.

2/4 at 12:37 p.m. Eric J. Friberg, 39, of Rossetti Avenue, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 at Rosehill Way by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with attaching false plates and possession of marijuana.

2/6 at 2:59 a.m. Casey M. Wilson, 23, of Maple Drive, Gorham, was arrested on Route 1 at Enterprise Drive by Officer Eric Lippincott and charged with operating under the influence – with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license.

2/6 at 3:07 a.m. Michael M. Fournier, 25, of Paige Drive, Gorham, was arrested on Gorham Road at Finch Way by Sgt. Mary Pearson and charged with violation of probation or parole, criminal mischief and failing to provide correct name, address, and/or date of birth.

2/6 at 4:32 p.m. Vladimir Vuchkov, 23, of Pennsylvania Avenue, South Portland, was arrested at Lowe’s on Gallery Boulevard by Sgt. Steven Thibodeau and charged with operating when license is suspended/revoked.

2/6 at 5:06 p.m. Sean Neely, 40, of Sunset Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Hannaford Drive and Foley Farm Road by Officer Scott Vaughan and charged with operating vehicle without a license and failure to register vehicle.

2/6 at 8:40 p.m. Douglas B. Story, 30, of Horseshoe Drive, Scarborough, was arrested on Black Point Road at Horseshoe Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan and charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and driving to endanger.

2/7 at 3:13 p.m. Ashley Susanne Mattingly, 21, of Market Street, Saco, was arrested at Tractor Supply Company on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant and was also charged with operating when license is suspended/revoked.

2/7 at 10:00 p.m. Benjamin T. Verstrat, 34, of Anson Road, Portland, was arrested on Hannaford Drive at Foley Farm Road by Officer Melissa Savage and charged with operating under the influence – refused test, and operating a vehicle without a license.

Wii almost made it

2/3 at 10:53 p.m. Two people allegedly tried to leave Wal-Mart with bags of stolen merchandise, including a Nintendo Wii, but left the bags behind. Police talked to one woman who said her stepsister and boyfriend had tried to walk out with the Wii, but were unable to get it out.

Lost his scent

2/4 at 3:03 p.m. A man suspected of being intoxicated was observed walking into the woods, dropping his pants and defecating behind the Foundation for Blood Research on Science Park Road. When police arrived, they were unable to locate the man.

Duel

2/6 at 8:40 p.m. A man was arrested for allegedly driving to endanger and threatening a victim with a dangerous weapon in an episode of road rage. Douglas B. Story, 30, of Horseshoe Drive, Scarborough, was arrested for allegedly pointing what turned out to be a BB gun at a woman in her car. The woman had been driving along Black Point Road behind Story, who was allegedly driving erratically. According to the victim, when he pulled over to the side of the road, she passed him. Then, she said, he sped up and began riding her bumper. When she pulled over to let him pass, he allegedly stopped his car and pulled out the gun. She called police from her cell phone.
