Arrests

1/21 at 7:06 a.m. Lisa K. Allen, 44, of Forest Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

1/23 at 5:57 a.m. Charles B. Hanlon, 47, of Militia Lane, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on charges of operating without a license and violating bail condition of release. 

1/23 at 2:40 p.m. Mathew C. Higgins Sr., 38, of Pitt Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

1/23 at 3:43 p.m. Erin M. Cox-Ware, 34, of Main Street, South Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Sarah Fasulo on two outstanding warrants and charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, failure to provide correct name, address and/or date of birth, and violating bail condition of release. 

1/23 at 10:26 p.m. Sarah N. Ismail, 23, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Sgt. Thomas Chard on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating vehicle after suspension. 

1/24 at 2:12 p.m. Amanda Rose Edgecomb, 37, of Gamage Avenue, Auburn, was arrested on Ashley Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of engaging in prostitution. 

1/24 at 5:06 p.m. Erica A. Monk, 31, of Rosedale Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of criminal trespass.

1/24 at 5:06 p.m. Kaitlyn Anne Costantino, 22, of Rosedale Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of criminal trespass. 

1/24 at 7:04 p.m. Amandalyn Comeau, 39, of Valley Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

1/24 at 11:14 p.m. Michael Ray Scott, 22, of Pinewood Circle, Portland, was arrested on Holmes and Broadturn roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/25 at 1:21 a.m. Bethany Pelletier, 22, of Rochester Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Lincoln Avenue and Route 1 by Sgt. Donald Laflin on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

Between 1/21 and 1/27 carbon monoxide alarms went off a dozen times at various locations in town, including Route 1 and Pine Point Road.
