11/26 at 1:34 p.m. Damir F. Bahriev, 20, of Coachlantern Lane West, was arrested at Black Point and Winnocks Neck roads on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/27 at 12:55 p.m. Amy L. Williams, 39, of South Street, Biddeford, was arrested at Mussey Road and Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian Nappi on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/27 at 6:19 p.m. Shauna Poirier, 31, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Robert Moore on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and acquiring drugs by deception.

11/28 at 10:26 p.m. Andy J. Harmon, 37, of Skip Road, Buxton, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after revocation as a habitual offender.

11/30 at 5:46 p.m. Kristina M. Vining, 21, of Tuttle Road, Cumberland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of conditions of release.

12/1 at 11:31 p.m. Edward J. Gallagher, 20, of Carll Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Route 1 and Haigis Parkway by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/1 at 11:42 p.m. Angela L. Haddad, 34, of Pin Oak Drive, was arrested on Pin Oak Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of aggravated reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child younger than 16.

12/2 at 10:34 p.m. Scott Collard, 27, of Sokokis Trail, Waterboro, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, failure to produce proof of insurance and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

11/28 at 7:34 p.m. Police issued a warning to a woman at Route 1 and Queens Drive after her use of a GPS led to a complaint about erratic driving.

11/29 at 7:46 a.m. Staff at Community Recycling Center reported the theft of 22 car batteries and a safe with less than $200 cash inside.
