11/23 at 2:13 a.m. Joseph Kingsbury, 23, of Charles Circle, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with theft by unauthorized taking/transfer, violating bail condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest/detention – refuse to stop.

11/24 at 1:01 a.m. Jay Ferguson, 40, of South Street, Gorham, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi on a warrant.

11/24 at 1:01 a.m. Timothy Gammon, 35, of Fort Hill Road, Gorham, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.
