12/20 at 9:45 p.m. Christopher Boutin, 23, of Atlantic Avenue, Biddeford, was arrested on Haigis Parkway by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of operating under the influence.
12/22 at 9:14 p.m. Monika M. Youells, 36, of Running Tide Drive, was arrested on Running Tide Drive by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of violating bail condition of release.
12/23 at 11:22 p.m. Patricia L. Parks, 25, of Pleasant Avenue, Peaks Island, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a warrant.
12/24 at 2:39 a.m. Brian K. Welch, 26, of East Grand Avenue, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.
12/24 at 5:08 p.m. Katie M. Helmreich, 29, of Main Street, Windham, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
12/26 at 10:48 a.m. Jake Germano, 27, of Stone Road, was issued a summons on Portland Farms Road by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of attaching false plates and violating bail conditions.
12/20 at 1:09 p.m. A black Northface fleece was reported stolen from a girl’s locker at Scarborough High School.
12/22 at 10:54 p.m. A caller reported her purse, with $300 cash and prescriptions for medication in it, had been stolen while shopping at Michael’s.
12/23 at 8:17 a.m. An employee at Goldstein Steel on Running Hill Road reported a generator, heater, welding torches and other equipment stolen from a trailer on the property.
12/24 at 5:08 p.m. Marden’s reported theft of I-Style hair gel and Noxzema Blackhead Facial cleaner from the store. Katie M. Helmreich, 29, of Windham, was issued a summons for the thefts.
12/25 at 4:05 p.m. A Garmin GPS was reported stolen from a vehicle on Ridgeway Road.
Footprints in the snow
12/22 at 10:30 p.m. A caller reported several juveniles throwing snowballs at passing vehicles on Highland Avenue. When police checked the area, the kids were gone. However, police were able to follow footprints in the snow back to a residence where the homeowners said they had four teenagers staying with them. They reportedly told police that they would deal with the teens.

12/24 at 11:20 a.m. A nurse at the Maine Children’s Cancer Center called police to report her purse had been stolen from the lunch room there and her credit card used at multiple places by the mall, including Best Buy, Target, Old Navy, Toys R Us, Macy’s and several fast food restaurants. The incident is under investigation.
