12/19 at 7:54 a.m. Robert B. Darling, 38, of Vagabond Street, was arrested on Vagabond Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of misuse of the 911 system.
12/20 at 10:34 a.m. Eleanor J. Sawyer, 29, of Smithwheel Road, Old Orchard beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
12/20 at 7:54 p.m. Eric S. Miller, 26, no address listed, of Bethel, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Michael Sawyer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
12/21 at 12:36 a.m. John T. Kearns, 46, of Wintergreen Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, assault and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
12/22 at 12:08 a.m. Molly M. O’Connor, 21, of Winnocks Neck Road, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and operating beyond license restrictions.
12/22 at 2:02 p.m. Matthew H. Hodgdon, 40, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and obstructing the reporting of a crime.
12/22 at 5:30 p.m. Joel K. Okeny, 28, of Riverton Drive, Portland, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Broadturn Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

12/17 at 5:12 p.m. A 16-year-old, male, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Twilight Drive by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of criminal mischief.
12/18 at 7:04 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of Hooksett, N.H.., and a 17-year-old male, of Epsom, N.H., were issued summonses on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Sawyer on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.
12/20 at 7:43 a.m. Deborah A. Gregoire, 54, of Roberts Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.
Gone on cue
12/19 at 12:38 a.m. A patron at Pizza Time on U.S. Route 1 reported his jacket containing his house and vehicle keys was stolen while he was shooting pool.

12/19 at 12:11 p.m. Police helped settle a dispute at Sam’s Club on Payne Road after a male customer allegedly became belligerent with staff and other customers when told he had too many items to use the self-checkout line.

12/20 at 6:09 p.m. Police are investigated the theft of DVDs and games from Walmart where suspects were seen taking backpacks at the store and stuffing them with items before leaving in a blue Cadillac.
