12/11 at 9:21 a.m. Chrystal L. Hitchcock, 37, of Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Gorham Road and Route 1 by Officer Brian P. Nappi on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

12/11 at 10:56 p.m. Melissa L. McNeel, 31, of Chase Hill Road, was arrested on Payne Road and Cabela Boulevard by Officer Michael B. Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

12/13 at 1:14 p.m. Michelle P. Knights, 38, of Manchester Road, Belgrade, was arrested on Queens Drive by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, trafficking in prison contraband, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug. 

12/14 at 2:04 p.m. Fahad Mohamed Ali, 27, of North McArthur Circle, South Portland, was arrested on Sunset Road by Officer Breagh M. Gomez on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, eluding an officer, criminal speeding more than 30 mph over the limit, and driving to endanger. 

12/14 at 7:57 p.m. Lisa M. Filippelli, 54, of Osborne Avenue, South Portland, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Michael B. Thurlow on charges of domestic violence assault. 

12/16 at 10:22 p.m., Justin R. Brady, 31, of Elm Hill Road, South Paris, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Holly R. Thompson for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

12/17 at 10:38 a.m. Anthony R. Foster, 30, of Long Plain Road, Buxton, was arrested on Gorham and County roads by Officer Travis B. Hon on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. 

12/17 at 11:25 p.m. Sally J. Hutchinson, 56, of Route 1 was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brian P. Nappi on charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

12/16 at 1:26 a.m Taylor M. Brown, 18, of Starbird Road was summonsed on Pleasant Hill Road and Spurwink Road by Officer Daniel T. Donovan on charges of operating without a license and illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

12/16 at 1:14 p.m. Lindsay A.. Babcock, 21, of Center Road, Gray, was summonsed on Gorham Road by Officer Travis B. Hon on a charge of operating with a suspended registration or allowing operation.
