11/12 at 9:01 p.m. Adam A. Jette, 23, of Ross Corner Road, North Waterboro, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of possession of marijuana and violating bail conditions of release.

12/13 at 11:38 a.m. Kerry E. Libby, 41, of Dunstan Landing Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant.

12/13 at 12:37 p.m. Cody A. Lambert, 21, of Cumberland Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating bail conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and falsifying physical evidence.

12/14 at 1:15 a.m. Jonathan J. McKeever, 25, of Pine Point Road, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Robert Moore on a warrant.

12/14 at 3:41 a.m. Alvin J. Miller, 31, of North Street, was arrested on North Street by Officer Robert Moore on charges of domestic-violence assault, domestic-violence criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime.

12/14 at 1:04 p.m. Clayton R. Zambs Jr., 53, of County Road, was arrested on County Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after habitual license revocation.

Cold is not a crime

12/18 at midnight Police received a call for a male dressed all in black wearing a ski mask walking down Gorham Road near Oak Hill. Officers dispatched to the scene didn’t find anyone, but suspected the man was just cold.
