Arrests

11/22 at 7:37 a.m. Briana L. Czarkowski, 23, of Elliott Avenue, Lewiston, was arrested on Hannaford Drive by Officer John Gill on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, operating under the influence and criminal mischief. 

11/23 at 12:39 a.m. Enderson M. Delgado, 18, of St. John Street, Portland, was arrested at County and Gorham roads by Officer John Gill on charges of operating without a license and leaving the scene of an accident.  

Summonses

11/21 at 11:32 p.m. Keera L. Swan, 34, of High Street, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of littering. 

11/26 at 3:47 p.m. Justin C. Dean, 34, of Maggi Lane, Gray, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/27 at 7:34 p.m. Veronique Tran, 41, of Meadow Road, Raymond, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
