12/3 at 1:01 p.m. Christopher A. Brink, 29, of Superior Drive, Caribou, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection sticker.

12/3 at 1:01 p.m. Dennis J. White, 51, of Herschell Road, Caribou, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/4 at 1:33 a.m. Sean M. Collins, 20, of King Street, was arrested on Pine Point Road and Jasper Street by Sgt. Thomas Chard on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/8 at 11:52 p.m. Lalah Kargar, 26, of Broadturn Road, was arrested at Route 1 and Sawyer Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

12/3 at 8:36 a.m. Emily K. Lamarre, 24, of Harriet Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/4 at 11:53 a.m. Stephen T. Williams, 19, of Running Hill Road, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of indecent conduct.

12/5 at 12:49 p.m. A 15-year-old female, of Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

12/6 at 7:20 p.m. Totka I. Atanasova, 64, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of theft by deception.

12/9 at 9:56 a.m. Arielle Viney, 21, of Park Avenue, was issued a summons on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of failure to show proof of vehicle insurance.

12/3 at 1:22 p.m. A Route 1 resident reported the theft of sports memorabilia including a baseball signed by Ted Williams, football cards signed by Joe Montana and vintage Nolan Ryan baseball cards.

Cranky behavior

12/4 at 4:18 p.m. A Burnham Road resident complained his mailbox was knocked off its post, possibly after a bicycle crankshaft was thrown from a passing vehicle. The crankshaft was on the ground near the mailbox.

Fastest fingers in town?

12/7 at 9:27 p.m. Police and a K-9 unit were called to search for a man suspected of stealing a gaming system and iPod Nano from Game Stop on Gallery Boulevard. Police believe the same man is a suspect in the Dec. 2 theft of video discs from Bull Moose Music on Payne Road.
