12/4 at 11:46 p.m. Andrew F. Brages, 36, of Blueberry Avenue, Saco, was arrested at Ash Swamp and Hearn roads by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/5 at 11:36 a.m. Joshua M. Hovan, 24, of East Main Street, South Paris, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

12/5 at 5:42 p.m. Jeannie R. Ellis, 49, of Portland Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Wiley Way by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/7 at 7:46 p.m. John J. Bracey, 28, of Mayall Road, Gray, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and outstanding warrants from another agency.

Holiday spirit

12/2 at 10:22 a.m. A possible road rage incident between a man and a woman driving on Haigis Parkway was settled when police warned both of them to be more careful behind the wheel.

Night out

12/3 at 9:55 a.m. Police considered burglaries at Classic Flooring and Mainely Eye on U.S. Route 1 to be linked. Both businesses were broken into through side windows, and the suspect(s) may have tried to sell stolen items at a pawn shop in Biddeford.

A closer look

12/5 at 8:01 p.m. A pair of binoculars valued at $480 were reported stolen from Cabela’s. Police located the vehicle driven by the suspect, but were unable to find him despite a K-9 search. The investigation has been turned over to the Cumberland County District Attorney.
