12/2 at 4:07 p.m. Brian L. Higgins, 35, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of domestic violence assault and violating a protection order. 

12/2 at 4:17 p.m. Sarah L. Blanchard, 30, of Thornton Avenue, South Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of violating conditions of release and theft by unauthorized taking. 

12/4 at 12:22 p.m. John F. Blain, 70, of Running Hill Road, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

12/4 at 8:08 p.m. Philip E. Daigle, 50, of Hearn Road, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating under the influence. 

12/4 at 11:06 p.m. Colin P. Becker, 34, of Flag Pond Road, Saco, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Haigis Parkway by Officer Travis Hon on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

12/4 at 11:31 p.m. Nicole M. Gassman, 22, of Blueberry Pines Drive, Kennebunk, was arrested on Lauren Drive by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of operating under the influence and faiure to report an accident.

12/5 at 1:32 a.m. Matthew R. Call, 23, of Clifton Street, Portland, was arrested at Pine Point and Dunstan Landing roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of hypodermic apparatuses and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

12/6 at 1:21 a.m. Kelsey N. Heck, 21, of Done Avenue, Rumford, Rhode Island, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/30 at 6:29 p.m. Joseph A. Minervino, 30, of Washington Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

12/3 at 5:56 p.m. Rachel Bell, 48, of Primrose Lane, Gorham, was issued a summons at County Road and Sawmill Lane by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

12/3 at 5:58 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Saco, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
