11/21 at 11:11 a.m. Kathryn Frothingham, 30, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Scottow Hill Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and operating under the influence.

11/22 at 10:42 a.m. Michael C. Thompson, 37, of Lafayette Street, Saco, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and illegal attachment of license plates.

11/24 at 8:44 p.m. Robert J. McCarty, 29, of Grand Junction, Michigan, was arrested on Saco Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11/26 at 2:48 p.m. Ruth Poissant, 29, First Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Payne Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of operating under the influence

11/26 at 8:10 p.m. Henry Spurlock III, 36, of Smith Street, Fryeburg, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Holly Thompson on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of illegal attachment of license plates and violating conditions of release.

11/21 at 10:20 a.m. Tessa L. Sprague, 38, of Woodland Avenue, Steep Falls, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating with a suspended registration.

11/22 at 3:50 a.m. Andrew R. Sutcliffe, 27, of Ash Swamp Road, was issued a summons at Haigis Parkway and Scottow Hill Road by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

11/22 at 9:11 a.m. Shaundra L. Raymond, 28, of Long Plains Road, Buxton, was issued a summons at Pleasant Hill and Spurwink roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

11/22 at 3:32 p.m. Pamela J. Wood, 57, of Island Avenue, Long Island, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth.
