7/27 at 10:28 a.m. Heather L. Clay, 36, of Oxford Street, Sanford, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

7/27 at 4:39 p.m. Jeffrey A. Belec, 54, of Hemlock Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Robert Pellerin on charges of assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

7/28 at 9:04 a.m. Stephen Williams, 21, of Running Hill Road, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief. 

7/29 at 9:26 p.m. James A. Giacullo, 42, of Flag Pond Road, Saco, was arrested at Holmes Road and Carter Brook Drive by Officer Timothy Dalton on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

7/30 at 8:36 a.m. Angela M. Linehan, 38, of East Grand Avenue, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, possession of suspended or fictitious license and violating conditions of release. 

7/30 at 5:28 p.m. Angela L. Green, 34, of Chapel Street, South Portland, was arrested at Beech Ridge and West Beech Ridge roads by Officer Joshua Guay on outstanding warrants from other agencies and charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone and trafficking in prison contraband.
