7/25 at 9:46 a.m. Michelle Albahary, 53, of Old Neck Road, was arrested on Old Neck Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on charges of assault  and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

7/25 at 10:48 p.m. Ryan C. Naylon, 20, of Ocean Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Sgt. Mary Pearson on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license and transporting liquor as a minor. 

7/26 at 9:19 a.m. Jessica M. Perry, 33, of Carrying Place Road, Phippsburg, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia. 

7/28 at 7:11 p.m. Grady A. Hale, 22, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Joshua Guay on outstanding warrants from other agencies. 

7/29 at 9:51 p.m. Justin Royce, 19, of Coach Lantern Lane West, was arrested on Coach Lantern Lane West by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

7/30 at 3:25 a.m. Keith R. Mercer, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer John Gill on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

7/31 at 12:06 a.m. Jaren J. Havell, 29, of East Johnson Avenue, Cheshire, Connecticut, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Rosehill Way by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence. 

7/31 at 9:02 p.m. Leonard R. Beaulieu, 61, of Cambridge Road North Lot Lane, Pinellas Park, Florida, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.
