8/22 at 9:36 a.m. Devon L. Racine, 23, of Riverside Street, Portland, was arrested on Running Hill Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant.

8/22 at 7:14 p.m. Peter D. Gustafson, 45, of Ross Road, Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/23 at 11:06 a.m. Douglas P. Johansson, 47, of Avenue 3, was arrested on Avenue 3 by Marine Resource Officer David Corbeau on a warrant.

8/23 at 12:08 p.m. Ryan C. Dall, 28, of Ray Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Reserve Officer Peter Nappi on a warrant.

8/24 at 3:21 p.m. James H. McKeen, 66, of Scarborough, was arrested on Mussey Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of operating under the influence and violating bail conditions of release.

8/25 at 2:04 a.m. Kate E. McDonald, 24, of Chapel Road, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/25 at 8:46 p.m. Alex Lawrence Fraser, 22, of Frederick Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, failure to give correct name, birthday or address, and violation of probation or parole.

8/25 at 10:15 p.m. Brittani K. Oldham, 23, of High Point Circle, Buxton, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Douglas Weed on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating bail conditions of release, and on a warrant.

8/26 at 12:26 p.m. Jack Walsh, 28, of Russell Street, Lewiston, was arrested on Black Point Road by Reserve Officer Peter Nappi on a warrant.

8/27 at 10:25 a.m. Corey M. Sturgeon, 22, of Saco Falls Way, Biddeford, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating while a license was suspended or revoked and on a warrant.

8/23 at 2:10 p.m. Matthew Richard Gould, 28, of Skillings Road, Arundel, was issued a summons on Roundabout Drive by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing public ways.

8/25 at 5:15 p.m. Catherine N. McCann, 21, of Allen Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating bail conditions of release.

8/25 at 5:15 p.m. Kaitlyn Marie Mailly, 20, of Brackett Road, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

8/26 at 3:56 a.m. Christina M. Leavitt, 40, of Morning Street, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

8/27 at 4:05 p.m. Catherine A. Lemieux, 54, of Sunset Road, was issued a summons on First Street by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

Extended Stay to extended stay (behind bars)

8/25 at 8:46 p.m. Officers observed suspicious activity involving a vehicle leaving the Extended Stay hotel on Payne Road. Officers stopped the vehicle and reportedly separated the driver and passenger for questioning. The passenger, Alex Lawrence Fraser, 22, of Portland, allegedly lied to an officer about leaving the hotel, saying instead the vehicle had left from Shaw’s. Officers searched the vehicle and the individuals, after which they allegedly found .5 grams of crack cocaine, .4 grams of cocaine powder and .65 ounces of marijuana on Fraser. He was arrested for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs; failure to give correct name, birthday or address; and violation of probation or parole.
