Arrests

7/23 at 9:10 p.m. Roman James Victor Revels, 30, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating without a license. 

7/23 at 9:41 p.m. Charles Nibayubahe, 32, of South Portland, was arrested on Mussey Road by Sgt. Rick Rouse on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/24 at 2:31 p.m. Seth B. Perry, 46, of Saco, was arrested on Ash Swamp Road by Officer Isaiah Jones on a charge of operating under the influence.  

7/26 at 12:28 a.m. Keith Richard McIsaac, 38, of South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Daniel Donovan on a warrant. 

7/26 at 9:02 p.m. Jason P. Smith, 32, of Saco, was arrested on Sawyer Road by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of violating bail conditions.

Summonses

7/24 at 1:31 p.m. Beau J. Montgomery, 38, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Running Hill Road by Officer Conan Conaboy Jr. on a charge of operating after suspension and violation of bail conditions. 

7/25 at 11:57 a.m. Mary K. Ganza, 26, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration. 

7/25 at 3:07 p.m. Brian M. Miller, 30, of Waterboro, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of failing to register vehicle. 

7/26 at 12:13 p.m. Joan P. Kavouksorain, 62, of Buxton, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of failing to register motor vehicle.
