7/21 at 11:50 a.m. David W. Thibeault, 30, of Ocean Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Rosehill Way by Sgt. Timothy Barker on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating with a suspended registration and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

7/21 at 2:57 p.m. Randy L. Bickmore, 48, of Racehorse Drive, Cumberland, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Sgt. Timothy Barker on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

7/22 at 12:14 p.m. Paul P. Moreau, 45, of Oxford Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

7/23 at 1:31 a.m. Deborah A. Mercier, 46, of Sadie Lane, Biddeford, was arrested at Payne Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

7/23 at 2:29 a.m. Christopher B. Edwards, 34, of Broadway, South Portland, was arrested on Starbird Road and Spurwink Road by Officer Austin Clark on charges of operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

7/23 at 7:04 a.m. Donald C. Smith, 27, of Wildroad Lane, was arrested on Imperial Lane by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of burglary.

7/27 at 8:09 p.m. Barre F. Hersi, 26, of St. John Street, Portland, was arrested at County Road and Sawmill Lane by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation, violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest.
