3/30 at 6:12 a.m. Corey Wheaton, 33, of Brownfield, was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

3/30 at 10:12 a.m. Brenda Cairns, 44, of 115 County Road, was arrested by Officer Scott Vaughan on County Road on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

3/31 at 1:22 p.m. Heather Watters, 25, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

4/2 at 3:22 a.m. Elizabeth Strother, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

4/2 at 3:22 a.m. Joseph Starbird, 24, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of possession of suspended or fictitious license, violating the condition of release and a warrant for another agency.

4/3 at 1:29 a.m. Steven Francoeur, 28, of Sebago, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on two warrants for another agency.

4/3 at 3:40 a.m. Justin Ingram, 28, of Saco, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on a warrant for another agency.

4/3 at 3:49 a.m. Randy Marcotte, 26, of Saco, was arrested by Officer Craig Hebert, on a charge of violating the conditions of release.

4/3 at 5:13 p.m. Keith Nielsen, 48, of 200 Gorham Road, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of domestic violence terrorizing and violating the conditions of release.

4/4 at 3:11 a.m. Christopher Sikes, 40, of St. Louis, Mo. was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of domestic violence assault.

4/4 at 2:01 p.m. Raymond Ortiz, 19, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Glenn Tucker on a warrant for another agency.

3/29 at 7:22 a.m. Julie LaJoie, 46, of Saco, was summonsed by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

3/31 at 11:50 a.m.  James Sheehan, 43, of Saco, was summonsed by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

Payday scam

3/29 at 1:15 p.m. A caller reported a man with an odd accent called her and told her she owed his company money. He reportedly referred to the company as a collection agency called Payday Cash. The man allegedly threatened her with 30 days in jail if she did not pay up. Police called him and he was reportedly rude to the officer. The officer reported that the company was a scam.

3/30 at 10:12 a.m. Police responded to the scene of an accident where a woman allegedly rear-ended the car in front of her while the driver was ordering at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. The woman, Brenda Cairns, 44, of Scarborough, reportedly tried to flee the scene of the accident, but drove into the ditch beside the restaurant and got stuck. She was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating under the influence. Police believe she had taken depressants, but are still awaiting the results of a urine test.

Duking it out

4/2 at 2:36 p.m. Police responded to a fight at Cumberland Farms on Route 1 where two 14-year-old boys were reportedly punching each other. One boy allegedly was punched in the face several times by the other. The boys allegedly have a history of fighting. Two other boys were present at the fight and reportedly did get involved. No charges were filed in the case, but the parents were contacted.
