Arrests

3/27 at 12:35 p.m. Anthony M. Sargent, 32, of Old County Road, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Cody Lounder on a warrant.

3/27 at 3:52 p.m. Beau J. Simpson, 24, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

3/28 at 5:19 p.m. Adam J. Johnston, 28, of Beech Circle, Gorham, was arrested on County Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after habitual license revocation.

3/29 at 6:16 p.m. Stephen N. Dobson, 36, of Motley Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of theft by deception and violation of probation or parole.

3/29 at 7:54 p.m. Timothy J. McElman, 46, of Route 1, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

3/30 at 9:55 p.m. Christine O. Cordeau, 28, of Barley Lane, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/31 at 12:07 a.m. Barbara McKenney, 23, of Moody Road, Saco, was arrested on Lincoln Avenue by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a warrant.

3/31 at 1:57 a.m. Anthony Collins, 27, of Augusta Road, Bowdoin, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/1 at 12:38 a.m. Mollie M. Albert, 19, of Birkdale Circle, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

4/1 at 7:24 a.m. Matthew D. Whiting, 33, of North Street, Scarborough, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of violating bail conditions of release, possession of marijuana and possession of a scheduled drug.

4/1 at 7:04 p.m. Richard E. Merrill, 27, of Snow Road, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Robert Moore on a warrant.

3/26 at 9:40 a.m. Michael E. Barnhart, 25, of Pine Haven Drive, Saco, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

3/28 at 2:02 p.m. Edward P. DiMillo, 51, of Woodland Road, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized transfer. 

3/28 at 5:50 p.m. Stephen S. Foster, 25, of Keswick Road, South Portland, was issued a summons on Highland Avenue by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

3/28 at 10:07 p.m. Todd A. Gregory, 43, of Birchridge Avenue, Topsham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating bail conditions of release.

3/31 at 5:17 p.m. John A. Hall, 38, of Pool Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Dinner plans dashed

3/28 at 2:02 p.m. A shopper at Hannaford was spotted walking out after allegedly concealing Grey Goose Vodka, organic granola, Angus steak and power bars in a yellow bag, which he’d placed in a shopping cart. Police were called and a man was eventually apprehended on Gorham Road after allegedly throwing the bottle of vodka out the window. Edward P. DiMillo, 51, of Woodland Road, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Steal this house

The caretaker of a vacant home on Two Rod Road reported that copper piping, an oil burner, kitchen cabinets, a bathroom sink and a toilet had been stolen from the home. The stolen furniture and appliances have an approximate value of $1,600-$1,700.
