3/27 at 3:52 p.m. Beau J. Simpson, 24, of East Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

3/28 at 5:19 p.m. Adam J. Johnston, 28, of Beech Circle, Gorham, was arrested on County Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after habitual license revocation.

3/29 at 6:16 p.m. Stephen N. Dobson, 36, of Motley Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of theft by deception and violation of probation or parole.

3/29 at 7:54 p.m. Timothy J. McElman, 46, of Route 1, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Dinner plans dashed

3/28 at 2:02 p.m. A shopper at Hannaford was spotted walking out after allegedly concealing Grey Goose Vodka, organic granola, Angus steak and power bars in a yellow bag, which he’d placed in a shopping cart. Police were called and a man was eventually apprehended on Gorham Road after allegedly throwing the bottle of vodka out the window. Edward P. DiMillo, 51, of Woodland Road, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Steal this house

The caretaker of a vacant home on Two Rod Road reported that copper piping, an oil burner, kitchen cabinets, a bathroom sink and a toilet had been stolen from the home. The stolen furniture and appliances have an approximate value of $1,600-$1,700.
