Arrests 

4/19 at 11:37 a.m. Kathleen J. Chase, 47, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property. 

4/19 at 3:24 p.m. Kathleen E. Lee, 32, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Travis Hon on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

4/21 at 12:12 a.m. Ashley M. Bayley, 28, of Ross Road, was arrested at Holmes and Beech Ridge roads by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of operating under the influence. 

4/24 at 3:52 a.m. Joshua W. Nowlin, 35, of Preble Street, South Portland, was arrested on Old Blue Point Road by Officer John Gill on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and the sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

4/18 at 7:01 p.m. Vincent L. Banks, 20, of Washington Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

4/19 at 9:16 a.m. Audrey R. Webber, 18, of Clay Road, Gorham, was issued a summons at Running Hill and Cummings roads by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failing to display a valid inspection certificate. 

4/19 at 3:49 p.m. Supaporn Linksey, 62, of Summit Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/20 at 7:42 p.m. Denise A. Teceno, 57, of Poland Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

4/22 at 9:08 p.m. Alessandra K. Towne, 19, of Burough Road, Dover Foxcroft, was issued a summons at Gorham and Running Hill roads by officer Benjamin Landry on charges of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

4/22 at 9:08 p.m. Tiffiny F. McCollett, 19, of Boothby Lane, Farmingdale, was issued a summons at Gorham and Running Hill roads by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of possessing marijuana and transporting liquor as a minor. 

4/22 at 10:27 p.m. Garcia Mputu, 39, of Park Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating without a license. 

4/23 at 10:01 a.m. Timothy Toman, 32, of Hobart Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating under the influence, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

4/24 at 1:08 p.m. Bridget E. Stillson, 20, of Alexander Drive, Gorham, was issued a summons on Running Hill Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating with a suspended registration. 

4/24 at 3:59 p.m. Melissa L. Mathewson, 42, of Burwell Avenue, South Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
