4/18 at 10:43 a.m. Kathleen J. Chase, 42, of Mountfort Street, Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant.

4/18 at 8 p.m. Jonathan B. Welch, 20, of Limerick Road, Arundel, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a warrant.

4/21 at 10:36 a.m. Lucia J. Lombardi, 32, of County Road, was arrested on County Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, operating when a license was suspended or revoked, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of schedule W drugs and three warrants from the Portland Police Department.

4/22 at 8:15 p.m. Tina M. Brown, 32, of Tate Street, Portland, was arrested on Hannaford Drive by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and on a warrant.

4/23 at 4:01 a.m. Angel R. Velez, 45, of Mast Road, Alfred, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Michael Sawyer on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, attaching false plates, failure to provide a correct name, address or date of birth, violating bail conditions of release and theft by receiving stolen property.
