4/12 at 10:38 a.m. Darcy Racine, 20, of Gorham, was arrested by Officer Timothy Barker on a warrant from another agency.

4/12 at 1:59 p.m. Chelsea Broy St. Pierre, 24, of Steep Falls, was arrested by Officer Robert Moore on charges of violating bail conditions and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Rite Aid.

4/15 at 12:14 p.m. Henry Cain, 39, of Windham, was arrested by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of violating bail conditions, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and carrying a concealed weapon.

Can’t fool the dog

4/13 at 1:23 a.m. Police pulled over a vehicle being driven by Randall Stearns-Merrill, 20, of Lewiston. Stearns-Merrill reportedly appeared nervous when speaking to the officer, but consented to a search. Officers used a K-9 unit to search the driver. The police dog reportedly located 3/4 of an ounce of marijuana in a baggie in Stearns-Merrill’s pocket. At that point, a 17-year-old passenger allegedly indicated he also had marijuana. Police also reportedly found a hollowed-out cigar filled with marijuana in the car. Both the driver and passenger were charged with possession.

Un-scripted

4/14 at 9:43 a.m. Police responded to a call from a Rite Aid employee who indicated that a woman was attempting to fill a suspicious prescription. The employee reportedly said that the script was from Brighton First Care, which did not typically fill prescriptions for small amounts of Klonopin, an anti-anxiety medication. Nicole Lovejoy, 25, of Saco, was charged with forgery and two counts of criminal trespass for previous incidents at Rite Aid.

Package full of needles

4/16 at 11:34 a.m. A woman called to report suspicious charges to her debit card totalling $395.94. The caller had allegedly received a package from HGCCoach.com that contained hypodermic needles, an antiseptic called colloidal silver, literature on holistic remedies and religious information. The caller had reportedly been in touch with the company and was arranging to mail the items back and have the charges to her card reversed.
