Arrests

4/9 at 1:19 a.m. Jason R. Scott, 40, of Preble Street, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on a warrant. 

4/13 at 3:44 p.m. Cynthia J. Carroll, 53, of Stroudwater, Portland, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

4/13 at 7:53 p.m. David M. Pettis, 44, of Country Woods Road, Saco, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/13 at 10:18 p.m. John W. Romano, 25, of Salisbury, Mass., was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of unlawful possession of oxycodone, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/14 at 2:27 a.m. Matthew Gunderson, 35, of Wolfeboro, N.H., was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating under the influence.

4/14 at 9:53 a.m. Tonya M. Harbough, 29, of MacRuther Circle, South Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of bail conditions of release.

4/14 at 9:55 p.m. James C. Jutras, 31, of Route 1, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

4/15 at 1:24 a.m. Kristin F. LeBlanc, 30, of Jones Creek Road, was arrested on Jones Creek Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on a warrant.

Summonses

4/11 at 10:15 a.m. Nicholas R. Hanson, 27, of Back Troy Road, Troy, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

4/11 at 12:45 p.m. A 17-year-old Scarborough girl was issued a summons on Route 1 by Detective Francis Plourde on a charge of possession of tobacco by a minor.

4/11 at 2:15 p.m. Ryan D. Ellman, 22, and Shauna M. Ayotte, 21, both of Powers Road, South Portland, were issued summonses on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/11 at 6:48 p.m. Jessica L. Larrabee, 26, of Bonny Eagle Road, Standish, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/12 at 8:54 a.m. Krisi L. Dyer, 28, of Park Avenue, was issued a summons on Mussey Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.

4/12 at 10:55 a.m. Steven R. Dillon, 52, of Lakehouse Road, Naples, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/15 at 6:54 p.m. April M. West, 23, of Portland Road, Saco, was issued a summons on Old Blue Point Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence (refused test).

4/15 at 10:24 p.m. Jessica A. Ferreria, 27, of Sandy Hill Road, South Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of attaching false plates.

Walmart panty raid foiled

4/11 at 6:48 p.m. Security at Walmart on Gallery Boulevard reportedly saw a woman walk out with a collection of stolen merchandise. They attempted to stop her, but she got in her car and drove off. Security called police and gave a car description and license plate number. A woman – Jessica L. Larrabee, 26, of Bonny Eagle Road, Standish – and car matching the description were later stopped in Gorham, where officers recovered the allegedly stolen merchandise: a collection of g-string underwear, bras, bikini bottoms and a pair of Hello Kitty ear buds. Larrabee was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Found and lost

4/14 at 9:18 a.m. A resident of Foxcroft Drive reported his bicycle had been stolen from his back porch sometime in the past three days. The police had already recovered his bicycle the day before, when a Heather Lane resident had found it in the woods.

4/11 at 11:27 a.m. Smoke in vent on Cabela Boulevard.

4/11 at 1:17 p.m. Problem with wires, mulch, burn or smell on Red Brook Lane.

4/12 at 4:50 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Route 1.

4/13 at 8:02 a.m. Structure fire on Pond View Drive.

4/13 at 11:57 a.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Cole Farm Drive.
