4/13 at 11:39 p.m. Joseph Jones, 34, of Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on a warrant.

4/16 at 7:13 p.m. Karen McCabe, 37, of Kittery, was arrested by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating under the influence-refused test, violating bail condition of release, and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in death/serious bodily injury.

4/17 at 12:02 p.m. Nicholas Rico, 45, of Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Melissa Savage on a warrant and on charges of operating while license is suspended/revoked and failure to register vehicle.

4/17 at 9:18 p.m. Robin Sawyer, 53, of Casco, was arrested by Officer Craig Hebert on a warrant.

4/18 at 1:48 a.m. Marybeth Castle, 29, of Scarborough, was arrested by Sgt. Steven Thibodeau on a charge of operating when suspended/revoked.

4/19 at 1:04 a.m. Anthony Giglio, 18, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

4/19 at 1:38 p.m. Michael Orne, 26, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking/transfer and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug.

4/14 at 4:16 p.m. Meaghan Champney, 24, of North Waterboro, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of theft.

4/16 at 5:47 a.m. Michael Farnham, 37, of Augusta, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

4/16 at 7:12 a.m. Jeffrey Leeman, 34, of Gorham, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Nguyen on a charge of operating when suspended/revoked.

4/19 at 1:04 a.m. John Reny III, of Windham, was issued a summons by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of possession of marijuana and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

4/19 at 3:24 p.m. Bruce Turgeon, 74, of Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Mains on a charge of operating when suspended/revoked.

Good Samaritan

4/13 at 1:29 p.m. A woman on Coralburst Lane called police after realizing that her purse was missing. According to police, she had driven off from a friends house with her purse sitting on the trunk of her car. Police later reported that a Westbrook Street woman called in saying she had found the missing purse.

Lawn wars

4/17 at 8:46 a.m. A homeowner on Maple Avenue contacted police because someone had allegedly broken the “keep off the grass” signs he had placed on his lawn. The next night, he found tire marks on his lawn. He requested that police pay extra attention to the situation.
