SCARBOROUGH — Donations for the annual Friends of the Scarborough Library book sale are now being accepted in the library lobby at 415 Gorham Road.
The sale takes place June 21-23 and supports library operations. Organizers are seeking gently used books. They will not accept textbooks, condensed books, or magazines.
Arrangements can be made to pick up larger book donations by emailing Donna Snyder at dlscpa@maine.rr.com.
The Friends are also updating archives and are interested in photo donations showing current and former members and library activities.
Anyone interested in sharing photos can email Janice Paul at jmpaul@maine.rr.com. When possible, please note when and where photos were taken and names of those in the photos.
